Payment Policy:

1. Sales Tax: Is collected only on orders delivered to Massachusetts.
2. Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. This process protect us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices very low. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order & pay by credit card online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can mail us a check (contact us for details). Orders that are paid for via check will not be processed until the check has cleared.

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping expenses and a restocking fee (if applicable), or offer an exchange upon return. Please note that made-to-order cushions and other engraved or personalized items are non-refundable.

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or missing pieces, we will replace or repair the item (at our election) promptly and at no cost to you. To preserve these rights, be sure to follow the receiving instructions that will be sent to you when you place your order.

Damages in Shipping

Although we take great care to package our items in a manner that insures safe delivery, accidents can happen. Should you happen to receive a damaged carton, please do not refuse delivery.  Inspect the item and notify us right away (800-909-6349 ex. 804) if there is any damage to the item(s).  We will immediately replace the damaged item, or items, if necessary, to rectify the situation.  Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and we pledge to do our best to make sure you get what you want the way you want it.
