Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping expenses and a restocking fee (if applicable), or offer an exchange upon return. Please note that made-to-order cushions and other engraved or personalized items are non-refundable.
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or missing pieces, we will replace or repair the item (at our election) promptly and at no cost to you. To preserve these rights, be sure to follow the receiving instructions that will be sent to you when you place your order.

Damages in Shipping
